These classes are designed to strengthen and tone major muscle groups as well as improve posture and endurance. All classes focus on a total body workout using equipment such as weights, steps, mats and bars. The level of intensity can be adjusted by each participant.
STEP is a form of fitness that is achieved through dance. The choreography is done using an elevated platform. The height can be adapted to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.
This class is characterized by functional exercises aimed at improving the movement made by the human body on a daily basis. The class is mainly carried out in bodyweight.
Pilates is an accessible way to strengthen your core muscles to improve your posture, balance and flexibility.
A group workout focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. Exercises strengthen the entire abdominal belt, provide injury prevention and stretching results.
This class will help you extend and stretch various body parts to their maximum length. Stretching helps to loosen up muscles and prevent major injuries.
A HIIT workout consists of short bouts of intense work lasting anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds, followed immediately by a period of active recovery of the same length or longer. This cycle of hard work and recovery is repeated anywhere from 3 to 10 times, depending on the workout.
Calisthenics are exercises that don't rely on anything but a person's own body weight. These exercises are performed with differing levels of intensity and rhythm.
This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
Jane Fonda's 80's aerobics is back!
This class combines physical exercises with rhythmic dance routines, while stretching and strengthening the entire body. The goal is to have fun, while improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness).
