STEP CLASSES (1,2,3) Step aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise using of an elevated platform (the step). The height can be tailored to individual needs by inserting risers under the step.

BODY SHAPE / CARDIO SHAPE / LOWER BODY  These classes focus on strengthening and toning major muscle groups and enhances posture as well as endurance. All classes focus on a whole body workout, using equipment such as hand-weights, steps, mats and bodybars.The level on intensity may be adjusted by each participant.

BODY PUMP Group workout using a barbell. Everyone chooses their weights and can adjust them while focusing on different muscle groups. The classes have an easy format with no complex choregraphy and will improve your muscular strength and endurance.

PILATES  Pilates (soft gym) is an accessible way to strengthen your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility.

STRETCHING This class will help you extend and extend various body parts to its full length. Stretching helps untighten the muscles and prevent major injuries.

BACK GYM Group workout focusing on the abdominal and back muscles. The exercises strengthen the whole abdominal belt, guarantee prevention of injuries and stretching results.
